Shazam (AKA Captain Marvel) is my favorite Fawcett Comics/DC Comics character of all time. You don't see many DC superheroes who can change from one to another and back again. The only two DC heroes that I know of who can transform are Shazam (Captain Marvel) and Beast Boy.
